For compensation amount within 500 USD, you just need to send us the pictures for imperfections.
For compensation amount from 500 to 2000 USD, you just need to send us videos for imperfections
For compensation amount above 2000 USD, we will ask the third party to check.
Once there comes aftersales, we will check the potential reasons which caused imperfections.
Our engineer and factory manager holds meeting to discuss how to impove.
Sales take notes. Next order, sales must check the products with QC according to the notes.
